Htet Htet Moe Oo To Contest Legal Suit

Myanmar Actress, Htet Htet Moe Oo showed up at the Yan Kin Court of Justice on July (13) to face the law suit of Journalist Aye Thu San. Htet Htet Moe Oo was filed a law suit with Hurt Other Person (Section of Art 323), Threat to Other Person ( Section of Art 506) and this case was opened in the court of Law, Yan Kin Township on Last June (3), 2010. Although Htet Htet came and face the charge on the third day fixed for hearing of case in the court of law for the first time, the court released Htet Htet Moe Oo on Bail with One Million Kyat (1000 US$). The Court of Law will hear the statement of Complainant on July 27, 2010.


သတင္းေထာက္ ေအးသူစံရဲ့ တရားစြဲခံ ထားရတဲ့ ထက္ထက္မုိးဦးဟာ ဇူလိုင္လ (၁၃) ရက္ေန႔က ရန္ကင္း တရားရုံးသုိ႔ လာေရာက္ တရားရင္ဆုိင္ခဲ့တယ္လို႔ သိရပါတယ္။ နာက်င္ေစမႈ ပုဒ္မ ၃၂၃၊ ၿခိမ္းေျခာက္မႈ ပုဒ္မ ၅၀၆ တုိ႔ ျဖင့္ ထက္ထက္မုိးဦးကုိ ရန္ကင္း တရားရုံးက ဇြန္ (၃) ရက္တြင္ အမႈစြဲတင္ခဲ့ တာပါ။ တတိယေျမာက္ရုံးခ်ိန္မွ လာေရာက္ခဲ့တဲ့  ထက္ထက္မုိးဦးကုိ တရားရုံးက အာမခံေငြ က်ပ္ (၁၀) သိန္း နဲ႔ အာမခံေပးလုိက္တယ္လုိ႔ သိရတယ္။  ဇူလုိင္ ၂၇ ရက္တြင္ တရားလုိ ထြက္ဆုိခ်က္မ်ားကုိ တရားရုံးက စတင္ၾကားနာမယ္လို႔ သိရပါတယ္။
